Is the Philippine Government in collusion with Maynilad and Manilòa water to defraud the People?

Water, like the air we breath is a natural right, without which, the species on earth cannot exist. It was created by God as a necessity for life and not as a commodity to make a small group wealthy. If true that the Philippine government has agreed and authorized the two water corpoprations to charge the people for the taxes they are obliged to pay from their incomes DERIVED from the people, then, the Philippine government, Maynilad and Manila Water are guilty of the crime of getting rich on what nature as intended by nature to be FREE for use by all life forms on the earth. 

Laws and regulations must be for protecting this precious natural gift for all living beings of the earth. 

And if the government itself which is supposed to protect it has sold the peoples right to avail of this precious necessity for life to greedy corporations, then, there is no wonder if this government sell its own people to the greedy corporate criminals who enrich themselves on the life of the people.
