The palace people saw it all wrong. They were looking through the eyes
of fascist.
Firstly, the manifestation was
peaceful and became violent because the police became violent (as ordered by
whom?)
Secondly, of course, the European
protester is superior… he came from where police are present in protest rallies
to protect the rally from the intrusion of outsiders to commit violence and was
indignant to see the police doing the other way around.
I myself is in a country where
political and protest manifestations happens very often and the police are
there not to beat the people who participate in rallies but to protect them from violent people. The conduct of the
Filipino police are unbecoming. I wonder who thought them to be like that.
