- She has only God knows how many cars to be surveiled
- She has dozens of high bracket people in government and several other connections in the high business world to cover her whereabouts
- The authorities has failed to put her into a high run-away risk list before the arrest order.
- She could be somewhere between Mars and Jupiter by the time the order was transmitted. She knew it is coming because her lawyers were already waiting for it at the court.
