Kilusang Magbubukid ng Pilipinas (KMU) has a mountain of documents released by COA proving that under the Aquino regime, the DAR is not only a conduit of big landlords, like the Cojuangcos, in strengthening their control over vast haciendas but (also) a conduit in plundering the nation’s coffers.

The KMP on Tuesday, 21 Feb. 2013 filed a plunder case before the Office of the Ombudsman against Pres. Benigno Aquino III, Budget Sec. Florencio Abad, Agrarian Sec. Virgilio Delos Reyes, Janet Lim-Napoles, and nine others over the misuse of P125 Million of the Malampaya Fund.

The KMP head Rafael Mariano said the president was included as the primary accused in the case because he approved the unlawful release of the funds.

It is no wonder that the casique president defended the pork barrel and gave the queen of fund robber favorable treatment. They were dancing partners in the corruption ball.
