The military spreading Res Scare thru Red tagging of pro-people candidate in the Philippines
The Philippine military said in a news release that the Communist NPA is planning to support some candidates in 2013 elections. What's wrong with that? It only show that for the military, standing for the people's legitimate rights cannot be supported by the organization because of the it is against what they stand for, against the interests that they serve. Let the people decide and stop frightening the people with the fears that the military indulge themselves.
I live in a country founded by the communist. Italy has free compulsary education program, state subsisted health programs which is in sharp contrast to our system in the Philippines founded by money worshippers. In our country students are killing themselves because they cannot obtain the education they needed to exist and sick people die unattended by a physician because Educational and health facilities are unproportionately expensive programs for the government and they lack the money for those services.
If Democracy is truly based on the people's will, then there is no need to scare the people of this or that group. Let Democracy win. In a Democratic process, the military has nothing to do but protect it, not to dictate on it. The real fear of the Filipino voters is not on what you are telling them. The Filipino voters are scared of vote buyers, election frauds and corruptions in our electoral system. Not who are reds or who are yellows.
LET THE PEOPLE CHOOSE FREELY WITHOUT COERTION OR FEAR! THAT IS THE ESSENCE OF DEMOCRACY.
Let us have a free and Democratic election!!!
