Word war between China and the Philippines

Word war between China and the Philippines

The word war between the Philippines and China over the South China Sea Dispute has created unnecessary ill-feelings on both sides.

The latest debacle where China occupied the Spratley and Ayungin shoals to prove to all that they can back their word with muscles proved somewhat embarrassing for the Philippines who can do nothing to actually defend the disputed territory inspite of brave words spoken by Pnoy before the men of the Philippine Navy. The Chinese move was a clear act of invasion, yet, the Philippines could only look on helplessly.

Unlike China who has a strong Navy, The Philippines remain hopelessly dependent of the US supplies, and  we receive from the Americans some obsolete second hand equipments and we have nothing to show off to match the Chinese bullying moves.

The President's brave words is like loud barks coming from a toothless dog.
