Something definitely is wrong with the Philippine Embassy in Saudi Arabia’s mentality. The manifestation done by the Filipinos was within the Philippine consular jurisdiction and therefore not in violation of KSA law. 

The Saudi police will never enter the consular jurisdiction of any Foreign diplomatic posts unless they were called and invited to enter the posts’ jurisdiction. It was the embassy staff themselves who requested the KSA police to enter the Embassy grounds and requested them to arrest the protesters. 

And the embassy staff, true to the government’s practice of using  violent methods in dispersal of protests, has used inhuman methods. And whatmore, the Philippine embassy has surrendered the Philippine sovereignity by letting the Saudi police to enter the Ambassiatorial jurisdiction.

In the light of the incident of willfully harming physically the protestors, the Ambassador, consuls and staff of the PE Riyadh must be recalled and replaced by the DFA. They are not fooling anyone by saying that the distressed OFWs were arrested for  violating Saudi laws. It was the embassy who violated the rights of Filipino citizens in exercing the right to express their dissent to improper governance. 

PE Riyadh is a clear mirror image of what really is the government they are representing in foreign land.
