2013- OAV of delays, glitches and hard to answer questions
The voters in Italy particularly in Rome has been asking each oither since April 14: have you received your ballots? Where are our ballots now?
Then, today the 19th vof April, a good six days after the commencement of OAV, came the proud announcement from the Philippine Embassy Rome: The ballots has arrived today! Hurray COMELEC!!! We are disgusted!!! So many delays, PCOS glitches and shortages... removal of safety locks that opened our votes to frauds and cheating. This make us really seething!
Now, may we ask the COMELEC which has been so strict on the candidates on rules, what can we call you: Perfect? Have you done your jobs well? IUn fact, just like the President that you serves, you move ponderously, at snail pace.
